When you look at the core of Network Marketing, you must admit that you HAVE to pay close attention to the compensation plan. Your compensation can determine whether you and your team are able to see some significant results in their business. One of the cool things about Visalus Sciences is that their compensation plan is extremely friendly to all. Were talking about balance here… 33% in the front, 33% in the middle, and 34% on the back end. As a true business person, it’s kind of hard to deny the numbers.
